SHIPPING POLICY:

For all domestic orders (within the United States and Territories of the United States), shipping is free for all orders $45 and over. For all orders under $45, a flat $5 fee will be charged at checkout.

For all international orders, shipping is a flat $10 fee will be charged at checkout.

We currently ship to 37 international countries*: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus**, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands

*Shipment tracking are available to these countries. Delays may occur for all international shipment tracking status information once the package leaves outbound outside of the United States. Please plan accordingly.

**We ship out to these countries, but currently do not offer shipment tracking.

Domestic Shipping (Orders process within 24 - 48 normal business hours): 

USPS First Class Mail: (3 - 5 business days depending on location)

• Free shipping on all domestic orders (applies in cart).
• Order and delivery tracking will be available at checkout (via order receipt email).
• ASRTD will not be liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered, or marked return to sender due to the wrong address provided by the customer at the time of order. This also includes any other event where the package tracking information shows the package has been delivered but have not been received by the customer.
• ASRTD may charge additional shipping and handling processing fees for any replacement packages deemed eligible for a reshipment.

International Shipping (Orders process within 24 - 48 normal business hours): 

USPS First Class Mail International: (2 - 4+ weeks depending on the location)

• We charge a flat $10 fee on all international orders (applies in cart).
• Order and delivery tracking will be available at checkout (via order receipt email).
• All international orders are subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and additional cost based on the recipient's customs office. This cost is not included in our item price or shipping fee. Any charges incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
• ASRTD will not be liable for any delays or holds in international shipment once the package leaves outbound outside of the United States. Each country's custom office will have different requirements regarding how international packages are received. Again, we have no control over this, so please plan accordingly for any unexpected package delays or holds in shipment delivery.
• ASRTD will not be liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer at the time of order, or for any other event where the package tracking information shows the package has been delivered but have not been received by the customer.
• ASRTD may charge additional shipping and handling processing fees for any replacement packages deemed eligible for a reshipment.
