    The product I want is out of stock?

    Popular items do sell out quickly so be on top of our new arrivals as soon as they’re in. Due to limited availability, we typically do not restock unless we receive high customer demands.

    Do your sunglasses have UVB/UVA protection? 

    Yes! All our sunglasses come with UVB/UVA protection.

    Shipping & Orders

    Where do you ship from?

    We currently ship from Arcadia, CA.

    Where can I find tracking info for my order?

    Tracking information is sent along with your email confirmation. Please make sure to check tracking information on your order daily with the tracking number that was provided to you. Please note that USPS tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to become available upon purchase. If you cannot locate an email confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, an email address was probably not entered when placing the order. Please email contact@asrtd.com for further inquires.

    How can I cancel or make a change to an order?

    Please email contact@asrtd.com immediately if you wish to request or cancel any changes to your order. Please note that we will not be able to cancel or adjust any orders once they’ve been shipped.

    Exchanges, Returns & Warranty

    How long does the warranty claim take to process?

    Warranty claims are processed within 1-2 business days. 

    Does the warranty apply only for products of the same design or can I choose a different design? 

    Our warranty only covers replacements for the same design. However, if we no longer have the same design in stock or discontinued the design, our team will exchange for a different design of equal value.  

    Are your cases covered under the warranty policy?

    Although our cases are drop test certified to protect your sunglasses, damages incurred to your case from impacts and scratches will not be covered under our warranty.

    How long does it take for my credit card to be fully refunded and will I be notified?

    Once our team completes your refund (please refer to return policy for detailed instructions), you will receive a credit memo via email from contact@asrtd.com. Please note the transfer of funds can take 3-5 business days to become available on your account.
