RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with our product or happy with your purchase, please let us know. Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. 

30 Day Return Policy:

Products: All ASRTD Products

Warranty Period: From Date of Purchase - Day 30

Policy and Applicability: All ASRTD Products. Product(s) must be shipped back with original packaging (this includes sunglass pouch and trifold case sent with every order) to be applicable for return.

Exclusions: None

Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value or a refund of the purchased price. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase is required.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Email us for a warranty claim form at contact@asrtd.com
  2. Upon receiving a warranty claim form, please fill out each section clearly.
  3. Please package warranty claim form along with copy of the original receipt and product in its original retail packaging (this includes sunglass pouch and trifold case sent with every order)
  4. Securely in a box or padded envelop and send with tracking information. 
  5. Please return your product for examination at:

Please Note: We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return. ASRTD also reserves the right to incur additional charges for any damages or missing components found upon return.
