RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with our product or happy with your purchase, please let us know. Any order discrepancies or damaged items received upon must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Refunds and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. 

30 Day Return Policy:

Products: All ASRTD Products

Warranty Period: From Date of Purchase - Day 30

Policy and Applicability: All ASRTD product(s). Product(s) must be shipped back with original packaging (this includes the sunglass pouch, any sunglass case, and any promotional gift with purchase sent *if applicable*) for return. The returning product(s) must be unworn and arrive in good condition to be eligible for a refund. However, a quick try on is fine of course.

Exclusions: Product(s) purchased on our sale page, during a site wide sale, with an applied promotional discount are not eligible for returns.

Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value or a refund of the purchased price. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs per order.

All domestic (U.S.) returns will incur a flat $5 return feeProof of purchase is required.

All international returns will require the customer to cover any shipping expenses incurred as part of the return process. The customer may use their preferred shipping courier (i.e. local postal service) to send the return package. All international returns are also require to include tracking information. International returns are eligible for a full refund of the price at purchase less any customs, duties, shipping & handling fees from the original order, and taxes incurred as part of the return process. Proof of purchase is required.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Email us for a warranty claim form at contact@asrtd.com
  2. Upon receiving a warranty claim form, please fill out each section clearly and email the completed form back to us to begin the return process.
  3. A return shipment label will be provided via email once a warranty claim form is received. Please adhere the return shipment label to the return order in its original retail packaging (this includes sunglass pouches, tags, any accessory cases or boxes, and any promotional gift(s) with purchase *if applicable* shipped with original order)
  4. Pack in padded envelop or box to prevent damage in transit. Product must arrive in good condition. 
  5. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please expect 7 business days for your order to be processed once we receive the shipment. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed

Please Note: We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return. ASRTD also reserves the right to incur additional charges for any damages or missing components found upon return.
